Voice and fax use the same rates. These are the starting rate per country. Some number ranges, such as rural or high-cost areas, cost more. Download the full rate sheet (CSV, every country, fixed and mobile).

You choose how many agents you need using the slider at checkout. You are billed per agent — monthly, semi-annually, or annually. Semi-annual and annual plans offer a discount vs monthly billing.
The top-up is a one-time prepaid credit added to your account at checkout. This credit is used for voice and fax minutes at the per-minute rates shown above. You can top up again anytime from the billing dashboard.

The FAX plan is built for outbound fax broadcasting — send the same fax to large recipient lists, schedule campaigns and track delivery. It uses the same package as Call Center, presented for teams that only need bulk faxing without a full call center subscription.
