ICTDialer runs on three separate systems. You choose and buy your plan on ictdialer.com, you manage invoices and your subscription in the billing portal at service.ictvision.net, and you run campaigns in the dialer itself at service.ictdialer.com. Your login is created once, when you register.
The three platforms at a glance
| Platform | What you do there |
|---|---|
| ictdialer.com Product website |
Read about features, compare plans, set your credit limit and agent limit, and complete your purchase. |
| service.ictvision.net Billing portal |
View invoices and payment history, manage or upgrade your subscription, update billing details, and open support tickets. |
| service.ictdialer.com Dialer portal |
The application itself. Import contacts, build campaigns, run predictive dialing, manage agents, and pull reports. |
1. The ICTDialer website
https://ictdialer.com/ is the marketing and sales side of the service. This is where your journey starts and where you come back to read documentation.
On the website you can:
- Learn what ICTDialer does and which features are included.
- Compare the available pricing plans and pick the one that fits your call volume.
- Configure your package by choosing a credit limit and an agent limit.
- Register and complete your purchase.
Note: The account you create during registration is the same account you will use on the billing portal. You do not sign up twice.
2. The billing portal
https://service.ictvision.net/ handles everything related to money and subscriptions. After you register and pay on ictdialer.com, sign in here with the credentials you created at registration.
Use the billing portal to:
- View invoices and your full payment history.
- Manage an active subscription.
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
- Cancel a subscription.
- Open and track support tickets.
- Update billing information and payment details.
All subscription and billing activity happens in this portal. Nothing on the billing side is managed from the dialer itself.
3. The ICTDialer portal
https://service.ictdialer.com/ is the production application. It becomes available once your account has been activated.
Inside the portal you can:
- Upload contacts and lead lists. See the contact and lead import guide.
- Create and run outbound campaigns, including predictive dialing campaigns.
- Manage inbound and outbound call center operations.
- Monitor agent activity in real time.
- Access reports and analytics.
- Manage call recordings and campaign settings.
4. What happens after you pay
Activation is handled by our team, not by an automated provisioning script. After your payment clears we:
- Create your ICTDialer account.
- Configure the package you purchased.
- Set the credit limit you selected.
- Configure your agent limit.
- Create the agent accounts your plan allows.
- Send your login credentials by email or through a support ticket.
Once you have those credentials, sign in at service.ictdialer.com and start building your first campaign.
Note: If you have paid but have not received your portal credentials yet, open a ticket and our team will check the status of your activation.
5. Cancelling your subscription
Cancellation is done from the billing portal at service.ictvision.net. Cancelling there terminates your ICTDialer subscription.
What cancellation does: Your account is suspended or blocked, access to the ICTDialer portal is disabled, and you cannot log in or run campaigns until the subscription is renewed or the account is reactivated.
If you only need to pause activity for a short period, open a ticket first and ask about your options before you cancel.
Frequently asked questions
Which login do I use for the billing portal?
The same credentials you created when you registered on ictdialer.com. There is no separate billing signup.
Why can I not log in to service.ictdialer.com yet?
The dialer portal only opens after your account has been activated by our team. Activation happens after payment, and your credentials arrive by email or support ticket.
Are the billing portal and the dialer portal the same login?
No. The billing portal uses your registration credentials. The dialer portal uses the separate portal credentials our team sends you after activation.
Where do I change my plan or credit limit?
Upgrades, downgrades and billing changes are handled in the billing portal at service.ictvision.net.
How long does activation take?
Accounts are configured manually so the timing depends on the queue. If you have not heard back, open a ticket with your invoice number and we will follow up.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Portal access is disabled while the subscription is inactive. Contact support before cancelling if you need to export contacts, recordings or reports.
