You choose how many agents you need using the slider at checkout. You are billed per agent — monthly, semi-annually, or annually. Semi-annual and annual plans offer a discount vs monthly billing.
The top-up is a one-time prepaid credit added to your account at checkout. This credit is used for voice calls and fax pages at the per-use rates shown above. You can top up again anytime from the billing dashboard.
